Prices And Fee Structure

Empowered Existence offers a range of mental health education programs, including Youth, Teen and Standard Mental Health First Aid Training sessions. These programs are available to community groups, schools, and organizations throughout 2023. Parents, caregivers, teachers, workers, sports coaches, and anyone interested in mental health education will find value in these courses.

Private training sessions can be arranged for large groups of workers from schools, agencies, or community groups at a time that is convenient for them. If your school already participates in Youth MHFA training, you can apply for Teen MHFA, which is designed for students in years 7-9 or 10-12. This program teaches students how to assist their peers through three 75-minute interactive classroom sessions.

As part of our service, we always make ourselves available after each training session for private questions, comments, or to offer support and debriefing. We also offer private counseling services after the training is completed, if needed, for participants or students.

We understand that it is more cost-effective per person to have a higher number of participants in the training. Therefore, we encourage services or schools to join together for training to minimize expenses and educate more people. Please refer to our fee structure below.

TEEN MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID

$1500 (No GST) for the three 75 minute weekly sessions

The cost for the Teen MHFA program is $1,500 (no GST) for three 75-minute weekly sessions for one class, with an additional cost of $10 per student for the manuals. This program can be run for up to 30 students in one group.

Please note that this fee is charged as our baseline day rate. If you have 2, 3, or 4 classes in one day, the costs will be reduced per each subsequent group. We can accommodate up to four classes per day, but there must be a week between each session for each class/group.

If you require additional group training sessions on the same day, costs will decrease. For example, the second group will cost $1,000 (no GST) for the three 75-minute weekly sessions for one class, and the third and fourth groups will cost $500 (no GST) for the three 75-minute weekly sessions for one class.

Therefore if you have three groups in one day in back to back sessions, the total cost for the three weeks would be $3,000 instead of $4,500 if the sessions were held on separate days.

YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID

$3000 (No GST) for the 14 hour training.

$3000 (No GST) for the 14 hour Youth Mental Health First Aid training. Plus the cost of the manuals at $20 per participant. This can be run for up to 20 participants in one group.

It is the same total cost whether you run the sessions over two full days or four half days or evenings, whatever is most convenient for your organisation or group. There is a 10% fee increase for Saturday trainings and 20% increase for Sunday trainings.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING 

COUNSELLING SUPERVISION

$150 (No GST) per hour 

Fran offers private counseling services for individuals, couples or families who may need additional support. Her counselling services are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions, and to develop strategies for managing their mental health and well-being.

Fran also provides individual supervision for youth counselors, which is a collaborative and supportive process designed to help counselors develop their skills, knowledge, and self-awareness. Through regular meetings with Fran, counselors can discuss their cases, receive feedback and guidance, and explore new approaches to working with young people. The supervision process helps counselors enhance their professional practice and ensure they are providing the best possible support to the young people they work with.

We charge $1500 (GST inclusive) for a full day training, up to 8 hours including breaks, or $850 for a half day.
This includes a detailed phone call or email completed questionnaire to help tailor a program specific to your group of young people or students. The program will target all learning styles to engage every young person in the group and will focus on the main issues raised by you.

We charge $1800 (GST inclusive) for a full 6 hour day training or $1100 for a half day.
This includes a detailed phone call or email completed questionnaire to help tailor a program specific to your group of young people or students. The program will target all learning styles to engage every young person in the group and will focus on the main issues raised by you.

Custom parenting education and support program

$800 for 4 x 1 hour sessions.

A four week one on one (or two if a couple) specifically designed education and support program to help parents reconnect and support their adolescent with mental health or behavioural issues.

Includes pre program questions via email, phone or face to face to determine the best material tailored for your unique family situation.
